Super Design Service is completely free in these specific cases:

• You already have a graphic sketch ready for printing, so with all the logo and graphic elements files in a format suitable for printing (vector);
• You have seen a design on our social profiles (e.g. Instagram) or on our website but it is not loaded in the configurator and therefore you cannot purchase it directly;
• Do you want to transfer a graphic of a product that you have seen on our website (eg. Kit Basket) on another different product (eg. Kit Soccer);

In all other cases, the purchase of a “Super Design Pack” for graphic processing costs, in any case our graphic department will give you the necessary information after you have sent the request.

Our graphics department will take care of processing your request which includes the following processes:

• Creation of 1 preview based on the information provided by filling out the form;
• Graphic optimization for product and print adaptation;
• Realistic rendering made using 3D modeling software;
• Further modifications and color variations if requested;
• Dedicated and fast support;

It is not understood in the service, the cost of the product will be purchasable after completing the graphic creation process.
Any extra services (logo processing, sending print files, etc…) will be quoted upon request.

We usually reply to you in a few hours if we have to ask you for any additional information.
For the graphic elaboration however, depending on the complexity it can take approx within 1 – 3 working days.

If you have an emergency, please specify it so that we can give you priority if possible.

All logos and graphics must be submitted in vector (svg, ai, eps, pdf).
You can also submit an Illustrator or Photoshop project if you have one.
If you don’t have the vector file (ask for it from the person who created the logo; they will certainly have it), you can send the logos and images in the highest resolution possible (300 dpi).

If you send a low-definition image, we will not be able to guarantee optimal print quality.
